During a session, I use light touch or hover my hands over your body to guide energy to where it’s most needed. About Me
Welcome to my reiki practice! I am a certified reiki practitioner and proud member of The International Association of Reiki Practitioners. With a deep passion for holistic healing, I offer a nurturing space where you can experience the transformative power of reiki energy.
In addition to my reiki certification, I am a 500-hour registred yoga teacher (RYT), with specialized training in Hatha, Yin, and Aerial yoga. This diverse background allows me to integrate various techniques into my sessions, fostering balance and well-being in body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, emotional healing, or a deeper connection to yourself, my goal is to support you on your journey toward wellness.
